Summary: A one-piece Okoume mahogany solid body delivers a lightweight playing experience without sacrificing an ounce of tone. The Antique Varnish finish found on the SB55/v brings the guitars visual and tonal beauty to the forefront. Eastman’s Antique Varnish finish is smoother than lacquer, with the thinner layer of varnish from their violin shop allowing for a full, wide-open resonant sound that gives this instrument a truly unique voice.

Body: One Piece Okoume, Antique Varnish finish.

Neck: One Piece Okoume with an Ebony fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, 12” radius, 22 Jescar FW47104-P frets, pearl dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Lollar 50's Spec Dog Ear P-90, TPWC-59NA Faber TPWC-'59 bridge, FKT33SBR-NA Faber Kluson style tuning keys, Switchcraft #11 output jack, .022 Sprague Orange Drop capacitors, CTS 500K No-Load on the Tone potentiometers.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition and shows very little signs of use.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
