Body: Mahogany with a Maple top in Sunburst finish.


Neck: Mahogany with a bound Ebony fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets,  pearl block inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware DiMarzio DP 156 BK Humbucker from Hell in the bridge, DiMarzio DP 103 PAF 36th Anniversary humbucker pickups, replacement waffleback tuning keys, replacement bridge and tailpiece, knobs, bone nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, and there’s one finish crack on the top that goes between the pickups. The headstock was repaired (wings were re-glued) The back of the neck is clean, but was sanded, as were parts of the cutaway, and the frets show minimal wear, having been refretted. The back has buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.


Modifications: headstock wing repairs/fixed cracks, neck and cutaway sanded, replaced pickups ( DiMarzio DP 156 BK Humbucker from Hell in the bridge, DiMarzio DP 103 PAF 36th Anniversary humbucker pickups), Bill Lawrence Q filter installed, refret has been performed, finish crack near pickups, replaced tailpiece/bridge, non-original tuners, replacement switch tip and strap buttons.



Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
