This 1997 Fender GK-2 Roland Ready American USA Stratocaster is equipped with a GK-2 Roland pickup, this unique model Strat is an awesome player that manages to do even more than the already versatile Stratocaster typically does. The electronics system allows the player complete control of their sound, fitted with dual outputs (1/4” and 13-pin) and the ability to play through them independently or simultaneously. The 5-way switch grants the player access to all the Stratocaster tones they know and love, while the Roland GK-2 enabled pickup affords endless midi possibilities. 


Body: Alder in Black finish.


Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.69” nut width, 22 frets, black dots inlays.


Pickups/Hardware: Three Fender single coil pickups & a Roland GK-2 enabled midi pickup, chrome sealed Fender tuning keys, Fender 2-point tremolo bridge with individually adjustable saddles, white skirted knobs, bone nut.


Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. There's some fish wear to the fretboard that does not affect playability (pictured) The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.


Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
