1999 Gibson Les Paul Classic Amber
Summary: This 1999 Gibson Les Paul Classic 1960 comes equipped with a 496R humbucker in the neck position and a 500T in the bridge position. The pickups come with no covers so the coils are exposed, for a more open and brighter sound,while providing classic Gibson tones from the era with a bit of extra punch.
Body: Mahogany with Maple top in Amber finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.69” nut width, 22 frets, pearl trapezoid inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: 496R humbucker, 500T humbucker pickups), Kluson Gibson Deluxe tuning keys, ABR-1 bridge, stop bar tailpiece, 1960 engraved pickguard, bone nut.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
