2000 Fender Standard Stratocaster
This 2000 Fender Standard Stratocaster, part of the Stratocaster family tree that has grown tall and wide over the years, carries on the original legacy of the model in its purest form. It is an instrument that can do it all, the swiss-army-knife guitar, but still has enough signature tone in its glassy, bell-like attack to have a world unto itself.
Body: Alder in Black finish.
Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, pearl dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Fender Standard single-coil Strat pickups, Fender/Ping Standard Cast/Sealed tuning keys, 6-Saddle vintage style synchronized tremolo bridge, white plastic knobs, synthetic bone nut, missing pickup selector switch
Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, while the skunk strip is slightly raised, yet doesn't affect playability. and the frets show minimal wear. Headstock has some scuffs on the top. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
