2008 Fender American Deluxe Telecaster

This 2008 Fender American Deluxe Telecaster the top-of-the-line American made Tele guitar for players looking for an Alder body guitar with more modern appointments. This guitar features the S-1 switching system, two Samarium Cobalt Noiseless Tele pickups and a modern chromed stainless steel Tele bridge with chrome-plated solid brass saddles. The Deluxe Tele has a bound body, a modern C-shape maple neck with satin polyurethane finish and a maple fingerboard, abalone inlays and 22 medium jumbo frets.

Body:  Alder in Aged Cherry Sunburst finish.

Neck:  Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets,  Abalone dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Samarium Cobalt Noiseless (SCN) Single-Coil Tele pickups, 2-Position Push/Push S- Fender Deluxe staggered cast/sealed locking tuning keys, 6-saddle American Tele with chromed brass saddles bridge, chrome knurled flat top knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has very light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has very light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
