This 2002 Fender American Precision Bass, with it’s unmistakable tone, toughness and playability, has the vintage body radius and contour which gives it that classic Fender vibe and feel. Featuring a premium Alder body for better tone and sustain,a rosewood fingerboard with detailed fret and nutwork and rolled edges, and the classic split-coil Precision Bass pickup.


Body:  Alder in 3 color Sunburst finish. 


Neck:  Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 34” scale length, 1.62” nut width, 20 frets, white dot inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware:  American Standard Alnico V Split Single-Coil Precision Bass pickup, open gear die cut tuning keys, 4 saddle vintage style bridge, chrome knurled flat-top knobs, bone nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, and multiple chips and dings, pictured. The back of the neck is mostly clean, with a few minor indentations, and the frets show minimal wear. The headstock has general wear around the edges, and a small chip to the back, pictured. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.



Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
