2005 Gibson Thunderbird Bass Vintage Sunburst

Body: Mahogany body with Vintage Sunburst finish.

Neck: Mahogany neck with Rosewood fingerboard, 12” radius, 34” scale length, 1.5” nut width, frets, pearl-dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Original pickups, vintage style tuning keys, Schaller bridge, volume and tone knobs, bone nut.

Modifications: The original bridge has a slight modification to properly hold the D-string in place. Our technician placed an allen key through the ball ends of the strings to ensure that d would not slip out of the saddle.

Cosmetics: This bass is in good condition overall. It has light surface scratches on the top and back of the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show light wear. The back has a small amount of buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been set-up low and comfortable.

Weight: 7 lbs. 11 oz.

Case: This guitar ships with the original hard case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
