1960’s Alden/Harmony H46 Black
Body: Chambered Birch body with Black finish.
Neck: Birch neck with Ebonized Rosewood fingerboard, 24.25” scale length, ” nut width, 20 frets, pearl dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: 2 original DeArmond “hershey bar” single coil pickups, non-original “ping” tuning keys, original bridge(bridge has been fixed to the body), 2 volume and 2 tone controls with 3-way switch, plastic nut.
Modifications: Non original “Ping” tuning keys, replacement knobs.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in very good condition for its age. There are a few nicks and dings on the top and back. It has light surface scratches on the top and back of the body. The back of the neck has some wear, and the frets show light wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck has just a bit of relief and the action has been set-up low and comfortable.
Weight: 5 lbs. 8 oz.
Case: This guitar ships without a case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
