1998 Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster

Summary: This 1998 Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster was created as a top-of-the-line American production model. The most sought after modifications were built right into the guitar, including noiseless pickups, locking tuners, and aged parts.  

Body: Ash in transparent White Blonde finish. 

Neck:  Maple with a Maple fingerboard,  25.5” scale length,  1.68” nut width, 22 frets, Abalone Dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware:  Vintage Noiseless Strat pickups, Fender Schaller deluxe staggered cast and sealed locking tuning machines tuning keys, 2-point synchronized tremolo bridge, aged plastic knobs,  bone nut., 3-ply mint green pickguard.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. There are two nicks in the fingerboard (pictured) that do not affect playability. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
