Summary:   This 1999 Gretsch G6122 Jr. Country Gentleman  combines all the Gretsch tone in a more compact, resonant package. The smaller body size is comfortable to play and the Gretsch Bigsby and gold hardware gives it a character all its own. It's loaded with Gretsch Filtertron pickups that give a bold, and jangly tone associated with everything from jazz to rockabilly. 

 Body: Maple in a gloss Walnut finish.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.69” nut width, 22 frets,  thumbnail inlays.

 Pickups/Hardware:  Dual FilterTron pickups, Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, tune-o-matic bridge with ebony base,Gretsch tuning machines, G-arrow control knobs, and knurled strap buttons.

 Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
