Summary: This 1998 Epiphone Les Paul Signature, which combined ES-335 design with offset stylings. The original Gibson version was only produced for a few years in the early 1970s, but these were even more limited, only manufactured between 1998 and 2000. The awesome Electar pickups that are billed as a low impedance humbucker, but sound more like a mini-hum meets a P90. Single volume and tone knobs with dials for phase and a three-way Varitone knob. Lots of tonal options, and the semi-hollow body makes everything sing beautifully.
Body: Laminated Maple semi-hollow body in Black gloss finish.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 24.74” scale length, 1.72” nut width, 22 frets, pearl trapezoid inlays.

Pickups/Hardware:2 low impedance humbuckers, tune-o-matic bridge/stop tailpiece, Kluson style tuners, chrome hardware, volume/tone controls, 3-way selector toggle switch, varigain selector switch, phase switch.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, front anf back. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
