1997 Squier Stratocaster Pro Tone
Summary: This 1997 Squier Stratocaster Pro Tone is the perfect combination of eye-catching looks and functionality, & a perfect choice for your first, or next guitar. Introduced in 1996 and then discontinued two year later - this rare little Squier has tons of mojo. These are very high quality guitars with Ash bodies, Maple Neck and Rosewood Fretboard, Fender Stamped Saddles and Alnico single coil pickups. The body is solid ash for great sustain and tone. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets. A trio of clear and crisp Alnico single coil pickups deliver classic Strat tone. A vintage style trem with Fender saddles, and sealed tuners keep it rock solid. The finish is Crimson Red Transparent and is set off by a gorgeous shell white pickguard.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, pearl dot inlays.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
