1960 Fender Custom Shop Relic Stratocaster Time Machine Series
Summary: This 1960 relic is a fine testament to these innovations, featuring select alder body with deep contours for perfect comfort, a maple neck with a time-honored early 60’s “C” profile, and a 7.25” radius rosewood fingerboard with 21 vintage style frets for steady play up and down the neck. Hand-wound Custom 60’s pickups are sent to a 3-way switch on a three-ply mint green pickguard. Other features include a Custom Shop vintage-style synchronized tremolo, vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut and wing string tree with metal spacer. It also includes a deluxe hard shell case, tremolo arm, tremolo cover, and certificate of authenticity. (Time Machine Series)

Neck: Maple with a rosewood fingerboard, 21 vintage style frets, 7.25” radius, 1.635” nut width, 25.5” scale length, white dot inlays, gloss finish on maple, early 60’s “C” shape.
Pickups/Hardware: Custom 60’s single coil pickups, Fender/Gotoh vintage style tuning keys, American Vintage synchronized tremolo system, 3-ply mint green pickguard, three position blade pickup selector, one master volume, one tone knob for the neck pickup, one tone knob for the middle pickup
Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition. The relicing on this instrument is beautiful. This guitar shows natural wear and tear of years of heavy use, nicks, scratches, worn finish, rusty hardware, and aged plastic parts. The handle on the case is damaged but still functional.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10’s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
