Summary: This Japanese Squier Stratocaster, built in 1986, is in great shape and plays very well. The pickguard has been changed and the pickups have been upgraded. A set of 2014 Rocketfire single coil pickups has been installed and they sound amazing. It comes equipped with Fender Gotoh tuning keys. It has a few nicks and scuffs on the body and the pickguard has regular wear. The back of the neck has light indentations and the frets on the bottom three strings show light wear.

Body: Solid, double cutaway, gloss blue finish.

Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.650” nut width, 21 frets, black dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Three Rocketfire single coil pickups, single ply cream pickguard, master volume/2x tone controls/5-way pickup selector, Fender Gotoh tuning keys, vintage style bridge, truss rod adjustment on the bottom of the neck.

Cosmetics: This guitar has light surface scratches throughout and the body has a few nicks and scuff. The back of the neck has light indentations, and the frets show light wear on the bottom three strings. There is light wear at the bottom end of the neck near the truss rod adjustment (See Photos Please). Overall, this guitar is in great shape, and the pickups sound amazing.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Modifications: A set of 2014 Rocketfire single coil pickups have been installed and the pickguard has been changed.
