1993 Gibson Nighthawk SP-2
Summary: The Gibson Nighthawk was a family of electric guitars manufactured by Gibson, starting in 1993. The Nighthawk represented a radical change from traditional Gibson designs. While its mahogany body and set neck are reminiscent of the classic Gibson Les Paul, the Nighthawk incorporates some characteristics similar to Fender guitars. The Nighthawk has a 25.5” scale length and is light in weight. It also has a string through the body bridge design. The slanted humbucker and the mini humbucker have a more mellow and warm tone. This Nighthawk SP-2 ships in a non-original hard-shell case.
Body: Mahogany with an Ebony finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, 22 frets, pearl dot inlays.

Cosmetics: This guitar has light surface scratches throughout. It has various little indentations on the body and some deeper scuffs but nothing that goes into the finish. The back of the neck has a few very small indentations. The frets show light wear. Overall, this guitar is good shape and it plays very well.
