Summary: The RT150 is an RT series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1992. The RT series are "retro" instruments based on the RG; instead of a locking tremolo and high-output pickups, they featured a more traditional appearance and sound. This RT150 has an Alder body bolted to a Maple Viper neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups and a standard tremolo bridge.

Body: Alder finished in a gloss black.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 24 frets, Viper profile, dot inlays, bolt-on construction.

Pickups/Hardware: Two Ibanez humbuckers/one Ibanez single coil, Gotoh tuning keys, six-saddle bridge, master volume/master tone controls/5-way pickup selector.

Cosmetics: This guitar has light surface scratches throughout and few chips in the finish on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show a good bit of wear on the first few frets on the bottom three to four strings. Overall, this guitar has some cosmetic issues, but it plays very well and sounds great.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Weight: 7.440 lbs.

Case: This guitar ships in a hard-shell case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
