2001 Gibson Chet Atkins SST Ebony

Body: Solid Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides with Ebony finish.

Neck: Mahogany neck with Ebony fingerboard, 12” radius, 25.5” scale length, 1 11/16” nut width, 24 frets, star shaped mother of pearl inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Gibson piezo under saddle pickup, factory Gold Schaller tuning keys, bridge, volume, active bass, treble cut roller knobs, synthetic nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good condition overall for its age. It has light surface scratches on the top and back of the body. The back of the body has two impressions from where a strap was left on the guitar for a very long time. There is also a small amount of bridge lift to the guitar but this also seems to be a common issue with these instruments. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show light wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been set-up low and comfortable.

Weight: 7 lbs. 4 oz.

Case: This guitar ships with the original hardshell case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
