Summary: Originally produced from 2002-2006, the Highway One Stratocaster featured a mix of vintage-styling with modern appointments. A great combination of traditional and modern, this model included a modern "C" shape neck profile with 22 medium jumbo frets, three single-coil pickups for vintage Stratocaster tone, Greasebucket tone circuit to roll off the highs without adding bass, and a vintage-style synchronized tremolo system.

Body: Alder with a Honey Blonde satin finish.

Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.6875” nut width, 9.5” radius, 22 medium jumbo frets.

Pickups/Hardware: Three Vintage Style single pickups, Fender tuning keys, 6-Saddle Vintage-Style Synchronized Tremolo, synthetic bone nut, Master Volume, Tone 1. (Neck Pickup), Greasebucket Tone Circuit, (Rolls Off Highs without Adding Bass), Tone 2. (Bridge Pickup), Greasebucket Tone Circuit, 5-way pickup selector.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has wear in all the right places. It almost looks relic’d. This finish is a light satin finish, it has light surface scratches and some dings. The pickguard has regular wear. It has light buckle rash on the back of the body. The edges of the fingerboard have some noticeable wear but is still very comfortable. The bottom 3 strings have noticeable wear on most of the frets. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds great.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
