Summary: The Standard Telecaster is about as simple as a guitar can get, and for many players that is the beauty of it. Its single-cut solid-body design was revolutionary in 1950. Like the rest of the Standard Telecaster, the controls are simple and classic. A three-way selector switch controls the pickups, along with one tone knob and one volume knob. The bridge pickup is thin and twangy for that vintage rock sound. The neck pickup is more guttural and reeks of country vibe. This particular guitar has been modded with N3 Noiseless pickups for an even cleaner sound.

Body: Alder, gloss urethane finish, single cutaway, Candy Apple Red finish.

Neck: Maple with a maple fingerboard, 21 frets, 25.5” scale length, 1.641” nut width, black dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Chrome tuning keys, N3 Noiseless pickups, one volume/one tone knob, 3-way pickup selector, six saddle bridge.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has one small ding on the point of the cutaway. There is extremely light buckle rash on the back of the body.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Modifications: Pickups have been swapped for N3 Noiseless pickups.

Weight: 8 lbs, 10 oz.

Case: This guitar doesn’t include a case but we will ship it professionally packaged and fully insured.
