2017 Gibson 1970's Reissue ES-335 Memphis Walnut
Summary: This 2017 Gibson 70’s ES-335 Memphis in Walnut finish is a limited edition of Gibson's flagship semi-solid guitar that features a gorgeous 1970's walnut stain finish, Witch Hat knobs, with rounded C neck shape, 57 Classic pickups and ABR-1 bridge with titanium saddles. Developed in 1958 to combine the sustain and feedback of a solid body guitar with the lightweight and comfortable feel of the thinline hollow bodies, the semi-solid 335 has become a player's standard for flexible, genre-spanning tone.
Body: Maple, Poplar, Maple top, back and sides in a vintage Walnut stain finish.
Neck: Mahogany with a bound Rosewood fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets, pearloid small block inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: 57 Classics humbucking pickups, replacement Grover tuning keys, ABR-1 bridge with titanium saddles, die cast zinc stopbar tailpiece (Original locking posts included), witch hat knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. There are a series of light dents in the upper horn that are visible in reflection. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets have minimal wear, restricted to the 1st 3 frets.
