2020 Fender Robert Cray Stratocaster

This 2020 Fender Robert Cray Stratocaster features a string-through-body American Vintage hard-tail Stratocaster bridge, an especially comfortable mid-1960s C neck profile. To obtain the pure tone that is such an elemental part of Cray’s acclaimed work, his signature model features three vintage-style single-coil Stratocaster pickups. 

Body:  Alder in 3 color Sunburst.finish.

Neck:  Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, white dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Fender Vintage-Style Single-Coil Strat pickups, vintage style tuning keys, 6-saddle American Vintage strings-through-body Strat hardtail bridge, white plastic knobs,  synthetic bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
