2021 Fender Vintera 60's Jazzmaster Modified
Summary: This 2021 Fender Vintera 60's Jazzmaster Modified has the mojo of the past matched to contemporary features, blending classic looks with a modern neck profile and fingerboard radius, hotter pickups and updated electronics - this guitar packs a surprising amount of power under the hood.
For modern Fender tone we re-voiced the pair of single-coil Jazzmaster pickups, kicking things up a bit by increasing the output. The warm, smooth-sounding neck pickup is balanced by the bright, cutting bridge pickup. The "Modern C"-shaped neck has a 9.5"-radius pau ferro fingerboard with 21 medium-jumbo frets for modern playing feel. An Adjusto-matic bridge is paired to Jazzmaster floating tremolo and vintage-style tuning machines provide original-era aesthetics, rock-solid performance and tuning stability.
Body: Alder in Surf Green finish.
Neck: Maple with a Pau Ferro fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 21 frets, white dot inlays.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body, along with a small chip near the heel. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light surface only scratches. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
