Summary: The Classic Vibe ‘70s Jaguar produces incredible tone courtesy of its dual Fender-Designed alnico single coil pickups. Some players will appreciate the short 24” scale length and slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets. This Jaguar is faithful to the original with a vintage-style tremolo system for expressive string bending effects and floating bridge with barrel saddles for solid string stability. This throwback Squier model also features 1970s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.


Body: Poplar with a gloss 3-color Sunburst finish.

Neck: Maple with an Indian Laurel fingerboard, 24” scale length, 1.650” nut width, 9.5” radius, 22 frets, “C” shape.

Pickups/Hardware: Two Fender Designed Alnico Single-Coil pickups, 6-Saddle Vintage-Style bridge with Non-Locking Floating Vibrato, Controls: Circuit Selector Switch, Rhythm Circuit Volume and Tone, Lead Circuit Volume and Tone, Pickup On/Off Switches, Tone Circuit Switch, 4-Ply Tortoiseshell pickguard, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in excellent condition with minimal wear that includes light surface scratches on the body and control plates along with regular pick wear on the pickguard. There is a small scuff on the back of the neck near the headstock. (See Photos Please)

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of flat wound strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
