2025 Fender Player II Mustang Birch Green

This Fender Player II Mustang is a perfect mix of classic and modern. With a rosewood board, light weight alder body in Birch Green, Player Series Alnico V Mustang pickups, and ClassicGear tuners, this guitar feels and sounds like a vintage Mustang. The Player II Mustang comes stock with a string through bridge instead of a Fender Dynamic Vibrato, as well as a 3-way switch instead of the classic Mustang control layout. The result is a barebones simple instrument, which sounds like a Mustang minus all of the headache.

Body: Alder body in a Birch Green polyurethane finish.

Neck: Maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, 9.5” radius, 24” scale length, 1.650” nut width, 22 frets, white dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Player Series Alnico V pickups, ClassicGear tuning keys, Strat style hard-tail bridge with bent steel saddles, black plastic knobs, synthetic bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in very good condition. It has light surface scratches on the top and back of the body. There is a slight finish blemish on the left horn (see last photo) The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show light wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been set-up low and comfortable.
