Danelectro 12-String Semi-Hollow
Summary: The Danelectro 12 String Semi-Hollow Electric Guitar gives you that distinctive "jingle, jangle" 12-string tone. The hollowbody design, combined with Lipstick pickups makes for a great playing experience and an amazing sound. It has a fabulous build quality. Controls include master volume and tone knobs with a 3-way pickup selector. There is an adjustable truss rod that is accessed at the headstock. This guitar serves up a fragrant 12-string bouquet and a hearty spoonful of that classic Dano Shorthorn style.
Body: Laminated semi-hollow shorthorn style with a gloss sunburst finish.
Neck: Maple with a rosewood fretboard, 21 frets, 25” scale length, 7.25” radius, dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Two lipstick single coil pickups, one volume knob/one tone knob with a 3-way pickup selector, chrome hardware, black plastic control knobs, Gotoh tuning keys.
Cosmetics: This guitar has very light pick scratches on the top of the body only seen in the right reflection. This instrument has a few small signs of wear around the edges of the headstock and there is a stress crack in the neck pocket, but it is structurally sound. There are light scratches on the back of the body only seen in reflections. Overall, this guitar is in excellent condition.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this guitar with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
