2024 Eastman SB55/V-SB

This 2024 Eastman SB55/V-SB features a Lollar 50’s Spec P90 in the bridge position which  produces a brighter and more defined tone with less distortion, creating room for more chordal articulation and playing subtleties to come through. This is perfect for players looking for a warm and growling sound that doesn’t sacrifice the details. It features a no-load tone pot that bypasses itself from the signal chain when set to 10. When set below 10, it acts as a standard tone pot.

Body:  One Piece Okoume Mahogany in Antique Sunburst varnish finish.

Neck: One Piece Okoume Mahogany with a Ebony fingerboard, 24.75” scale length,  1.68” nut width, 22 frets, pearl dot inlays.

Pickups/Hardware:  Lollar 50’s Spec dogear P-90 pickup, Faber oval tuning keys, Faber wraparound bridge, gold speed knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, in keeping with an very lightly factory relic’d instrument. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
