Summary: This 2023 Eastman has that screaming rock tone that first made you want to pick up a guitar.  Eastman solid bodies are made with premium tone woods and quality electronics that result in a truly special instrument.The varnish sings, a thinner layer of varnish allows for a more resonant, and wide-open sound, giving these instruments a voice all their own. A six step process called Truetone. Just as thin and great sounding as a previous nitrocellulose finish, this process offers maximum protection for the fretted instrument while consciously minimizing the footprint it leaves on our planet.

 Body: Carved Maple top with one piece Mahogany body in Antique Varnish Black finish. 

Neck: Mahogany with an Ebony fingerboard, 24.75” scale length, 1.68” nut width, 22 frets, Pearl Crowns inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: Lollar Custom Aged/Wound Imperial Humbucker pickups,Gotoh SD90 Relic tuning keys, Gotoh GE-104B-NI Relic bridge, Amber Speed Knobs knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body, as it has an antiqued, relic’d feel. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
