1997 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster
This 1997 Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster is a gilded treasure. A trio of hand wound single-coil pickups have a tonal versatility to cover just about any playing style. Body: Alder in Burgundy Mist finish.
Neck: Maple with a Maple fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.62” nut width, 21 frets, black dot inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Fender Custom Shop single coil pickups, Fender tuning keys, double Fender stamped vintage style saddles, vintage style synchronized tremolo bridge, aged white plastic knobs, bone nut.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, along with small dents, and touched up chips. on the bottom. The back of the neck is clean, with the exception of two small dents that do not affect playability, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
