Summary: This 1994 Gretsch Tennessee Rose 6119 comes with Filter’Tron pickups & has a bound single-cutaway hollow body with an arched top and bound f holes. The three-piece maple neck has a bound rosewood fingerboard and thumbnail inlays and a Gretsch by Bigsby vibrato tailpiece.

 

Body: Laminated Maple Body in Cherry Stain finish.


Neck:  Maple with a bound Rosewood fingerboard, 24.6” scale length, 1.68” nut width,  22 frets,  pearl thumbnail inlays.

 

Pickups/Hardware: TV Jones Filter’Tron pickups, Gretsch tuning keys, Bigsby tailpiece bridge, replacement dice knobs, bone nut.

 

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.


Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
