2015 Ibanez GA5TCE-NA Natural Classical Cutaway

Summary: This 2015 Ibanez GA5TCE-NA, with its Thinline Cutaway Classical body, with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. It has a slimmer neck and body than the traditional classical guitar design, giving the player a modern feel whilst retaining the classical sound. An Ibanez piezo pickup and 3-band EQ allows you to amplify the sound of the nylon strings with full fidelity.

Body: Spruce top, Sapele back & Sapele sides in Amber high gloss finish. 

Neck:  Okoume with a Purpleheart fingerboard, 25.6” scale length, 1.811” nut width, 21 frets.

Pickups/Hardware: Ibanez undersaddle pickup, Ibanez AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner, gold classical tuning keys, Purpleheart bridge.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
