Washburn J-6S P90s with Bigsby
Summary: This Washburn J-6S is the premier hollowbody of the Washburn line, made by Samick in the 90s, we believe. This particular instrument has rather rare dogear P-90s and a Bigsby tailpiece.
Body: Spruce top, flamed Maple back and sides in gloss Natural finish.
Neck: Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.62” nut width, 20 frets, split pearl block inlays.
Pickups/Hardware: Two dogear P90 pickups, gold Grover tuning keys, Bigsby tailpiece, gold top hat knobs, bone nut.
Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has light surface scratches and small indentations on the body. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. There’s honest tarnish to the gold hardware. There's a 2 delicately machined into the back of the headstock (pictured). Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.
Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
Weight: 7 lbs.14 oz.
Case: This guitar ships in its original hardshell case, professionally packaged, and fully insured.
