Summary: This 2023 Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 SE Flametop brings the original PRS design platform to the high-quality, more affordable SE lineup of instruments. Played by internationally touring artists, gigging musicians, and aspiring players, the SE Custom 24 features a maple top, mahogany back, wide thin maple neck, rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, and the PRS patented molded tremolo. Its versatile sounds come from the 85/15 “S” pickups paired with a volume, push/pull tone control, and 3-way blade pickup selector.

Body: Mahogany with Maple top in Black Gold Burst finish.

Neck:  Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard, 25” scale length, 1.65” nut width, 24 frets, Bird pearloid inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: PRS 85/15 pickups, PRS Low Mass Locking tuning keys,  PRS patented tremolo bridge.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has the lightest wear a used guitar can have. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in great shape with no major grooves or divots from use and it plays beautifully up and down the fretboard with no dead spots or choking out.
